Prekindergarten can provide children with a foundation for learning and development that can have lasting benefits. It can help children develop social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills that are essential for future academic and social success. Prekindergarten can also help to prepare children for the transition to kindergarten and beyond.
The class size in a prekindergarten program at Madrasah is limited to 4-8 students per class.
Prekindergarten is not mandatory. However, some schools may require children to attend an interview before they enrol into the school and so its important that your child is ready for the interview to ensure acceptance at the desired school.
You can support your child’s learning at home during prekindergarten by reading to them regularly, providing opportunities for play and exploration, encouraging curiosity and questions, and providing a supportive and positive learning environment. You can also work with your child’s teacher to identify areas where your child may need additional support or enrichment.
